The Fawcett Society is calling for evidence, as part of our Tackling Sexual Harassment in the Workplace project. We are working with women's organisations from across the four nations of the UK on a project to tackle sexual harassment in the workplace. This is funded by Rosa through the Time's Up Justice and Equality Fund.

We want to hear from women who have who have experienced workplace sexual harassment about how their employer responded and what they thought about the response.

We will ask you about:

  • The process of making a sexual harassment report
  • What happened after the report was made
  • What employer responses worked well
  • What employer responses worked poorly
  • What employers could do to support employees who have experienced workplace sexual harassment

The evidence will be used to inform our understanding of what works in tackling workplace sexual harassment and to develop resources for employers that give them the tools and skills needed to combat sexual harassment in their workplace.

This consultation will take around 15 minutes to complete and will be open until mid-February 2021.
