The law says that employers have to pay women and men equally at work if they are doing the same work or work of equal value. But there are still many women who do not get equal pay. Fawcett campaigns on this issue. You can read more here.

The Fawcett Society and YESS Law are working in partnership to offer an Equal Pay Advice Service targeted at those whose gross income is £30,000 per year or less and who do not have access to legal advice.

If you believe that you may be experiencing pay discrimination complete the questionnaire below. You will then be referred to YESS Law who will contact you within 2 weeks to follow up.

This service provides initial advice with the intention of enabling you to understand your legal position and assist you with resolving the situation with your employer. This service does not provide assistance with tribunal litigation other than how to negotiate a resolution.
