The Fawcett Society offers an Equal Pay Advice Service targeted at those whose gross income is £30,000 per year or less and who do not have access to legal advice.

If you believe that you may be experiencing pay discrimination complete the questionnaire below.

This service is made possible by donations to our Equal Pay Fund which was started by a donation from Carrie Gracie. Please donate here to support this vital work.

This service provides initial advice with the intention of enabling you to understand your legal position and assist you with resolving the situation with your employer. This service does not provide assistance with tribunal litigation other than how to negotiate a resolution.

If you are unable to view the screening questionnaire below, please click here to access it in a new window.

Unfortunately the Equal Pay Advice Service is temporarily unavailable. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
