Job openings

Fawcett Society Trustees

The Fawcett Society is the UK’s leading charity campaigning for gender equality and women’s rights. We are proud to trace our roots back to 1866, when Millicent Garrett Fawcett began her life’s work leading the successful parliamentary campaign for women’s votes.

In this centenary year of women’s votes we are recruiting a number of new Trustees to join our board and help us take Fawcett to the next level. In this round we are particularly keen to recruit candidates with PR and Communications, ICT or fundraising experience, or those candidates with employment and/or equality law or charity law expertise.

The Fawcett Society has an impressive record of achievement but there is still so much more to do and we are impatient for change. In 2018 the campaign for gender equality is at a tipping point. Now is the time to join us.
Closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 30th April 2018 (please note the application deadline was extended from 23rd April).
