  4. The Promoter is not responsible for any entry which is not successful as a result of a technical fault of any kind or any failure by a respondent to enter their email correctly.
  5. A total of one (1) winner of the competition shall be determined by a random prize draw made by an automated process or an independent person and drawn within one month from the survey closing date. The draw will be held on the first business day after the expiry of the ten (10) working days using the process described above.

If you object to the name of your company being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  12. Entry into the prize draw indicates a participant’s acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant for acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
