The Fawcett Society is interviewing senior individuals at organisations who are showing leadership on addressing sexual harassment in the workplace about the action they are taking.

This is an opportunity for organisations who are taking positive and proactive action to tackle workplace harassment to share what they are doing and lead the way for other employers.

The organisations will be featured as case studies in resources developed for other employers, to illustrate what employers can and are doing.

This work is part of a wider project we are running with women's organisations from across the four nations of the UK to tackle sexual harassment in the workplace. This is funded by Rosa through the Time’s Up Justice and Equality Fund.

Who is eligible?

Senior individuals (for example directors or senior HR representatives) from organisations that are taking action to respond to and prevent workplace sexual harassment beyond a simple anti-harassment policy. This could include:

  • Offering multiple avenues for employees to report sexual harassment through an online form or an anonymous hotline
  • Information campaigns in the workplace to educate employees about what sexual harassment is and how to prevent it
  • Training managers how to respond to a report of sexual harassment and how to support employees who experience harassment

Interviews will take 30 to 45 minutes and will be conducted in April - June 2021 at a time that is suitable for you.

If you are interested in taking part, please provide us with information about yourself and your organisation here.

Please note, we are only able to speak with a small number of employers and will be sampling across a range of criteria to ensure we speak with a variety of organisations. If we do not contact you for an interview, we appreciate your interest and support for this project.
