What even is the Feminist Roadshow?

The Feminist Roadshow is our exciting new partnership with comedy community Funny Women, which will see us travelling the country as we come to a region near you to talk feminism, activism and what you can do to make a stand in your area.

These daytime workshops and panel events will be followed by a showcase in the best of women’s stand up, brought to you by Funny Women. The first of these events is being run in Manchester at the famous Frog and Bucket comedy club.

What's on at our first event in Manchester?

Join us in the day for a special announcement on what we will be doing in the area in 2020, a panel discussion on how Greater Manchester can work better for women, and a workshop with Funny Women to ensure you walk out the door ready to make a difference.

The Know Your Worth workshop will help you do exactly that—by giving you the opportunity to tell your own story, create your own material, interpret body language, and become more confident and memorable.

After the daytime event there will be a break before heading into the comedy night with Funny Women 2014 award winner, Jayde Adams, joined by Funny Women finalists, Sian Davies MC, Celya ab, Jane Postlethwaite and Sarah Mann.
