• Recommendations including an amendment to the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 so that public bodies have a positive duty, in carrying out all their functions, to have regard to the need to eliminate unlawful sex discrimination and an amendment to make it unlawful for public authorities to commit acts of sex discrimination in the exercising of all their functions
