The Fawcett Society is the UK’s leading membership charity campaigning for gender equality and women’s rights at work, at home and in public life. Our vision is a society in which women and girls in all their diversity are equal and truly free to fulfill their potential creating a stronger, happier, better future for us all.

We’ve been advancing women’s equality since 1866 when at just 19, Millicent Fawcett collected signatures on a petition for women’s votes. 

In 2018 the Centenary Action Group established itself as one of the UK’s largest coalitions of women’s rights activists and organisations, inspired by the suffragettes and suffragists. We brought together over 100 activists, politicians and women’s rights organisations from across the UK. 

Centenary Action Group has called on the UK government to deliver real change for women’s lives including to implement Section 106 of the Equality Act 2010, requiring political parties to publish their candidate diversity data and to end the online abuse and harassment of women in politics. 

Citizens UK organises communities to act together for power, social justice and the common good. We are the home of community organising in the UK. Our diverse member organisations include schools, churches, mosques, synagogues, parents groups, health practice, charities and trade unions.

We help these members to develop leaders, so they can participate in public life and hold politicians and other decision-makers to account on the issues that matter to them. Community organising is democracy in action: winning victories that change lives and transform communities.

Our vision is for a healthy democracy with civil society at its heart.

Elect Her is a non-partisan project to inspire, empower and encourage women to run for political office in the UK.

Focusing on practical, hands-on training and support, we run workshops and webinars to demystify the process for women wanting to get involved in politics and online peer support circles to support women's political ambitions more deeply.

Active across England and Scotland, nearly 3500 women have attended our workshops in the last 2 years. 

50:50 Parliament's mission is to achieve an inclusive gender-balanced parliament, that draws upon the widest possible pools of talent, including men and women equally, incorporating their full range of diversity and experience. 

With our #AskHerToStand and #SignUpToStand programmes we work to encourage, inspire and support political engagement, particularly from women. Over 1000 women have signed up to stand via the 50:50 Parliament website and we are now mentoring and monitoring their progress along the path to Parliament.  In the 2019 election 50:50 inspired 9 women who won seats to Westminster and became MPs. In addition, 50:50 Parliament lobbies Parliament and the political parties to be more inclusive of women.

Glitch is a charity championing everyone's right to be online safely without discrimination, abuse and violence. Alongside awareness raising campaigns and advocacy work with both tech companies and governments, Glitch offers a range of resources such as Documenting Abuse and the Fix The Glitch Toolkit. Glitch delievers training worldwide on Digital Self Care and Self Defence, Digital Citizenship and Online Active Bystander.

The Muslim Women's Network UK vision is a society where Muslim women can have an effective voice and the opportunity to exercise their rights to contribute equally. We gather evidence about the experiences of Muslim women and girls on key issues affecting them and use the information to improve their rights through advocacy and campaigning.

We operate the MWN Helpline (0800 999 5786) - a national faith and culturally sensitive service which deals with a range of issues including; domestic abuse, forced marriage, marriage and divorce and mental health concerns.

And have a bespoke online Members Platform called 'We Rise' to bring together a community of thinkers, creators and mould-breakers who are taking positive action to improve the lives of Muslim women all over the UK.
