Support for people of colour

The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN) have tried to collate a list of free mental health services for people of colour across the UK which can be found here. They also have a useful online directory for those looking for private therapy. 

Black Minds Matter UK is working to connect Black individuals with 12 sessions of free therapy with a Black counselor. Due to demand their 2020 waiting list is currently closed.

Pregnancy loss support

Supporting young people with their mental health

Future Learn have a free course on managing adolescent and young people's mental health here.

Young Minds run a helpline for parents who are worried about their child's mental health. Helpline: 0808 802 5544 (free, 9:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday).
