A lifetime of being paid less than men, the recent increase in women’s state pension age and other gender-based money-related inequalities means many older women are left financially vulnerable.

Come and learn the truth about women, pensions and what you can do to protect your future. Get the answers on everything you ever wanted to know about pensions but were too afraid to ask.

This will be a panel discussion, addressing the following questions with a chaired Q&A with questions from the floor as well.

- Why are women still so much more likely than men to face poverty in retirement?

- What changes have been made to the basic state pension? What more can be done to make the state pension system fairer?

- What can women do to prepare for their retirement?

- What more can the financial services industry do to help women to save for their retirement?
