This Gender Pay Gap series event focuses on the first year lessons of Gender Pay Gap reporting. It will highlight:

  • Key lessons from 1st year implementation, analysis and public reaction
  • Successful workplace strategies in presenting the figures
  • Agenda for action over the next 2 years

The day-long event, sponsored by Eversheds Sutherland, includes a panel discussion on legal and regulatory sanctions, strategies to close the gap, and reputation and communications.
