Broken Ladders is the first piece of research to focus explicitly on the experiences and perspectives of women of colour in the workplace. It provides an in-depth exploration of the challenges facing women of colour from entry level to senior leadership, across all sectors and in all types of organisations and institutions. During this event, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our findings and recommendations and hear from leading experts, in a panel session, as they reflect on why this research is vital, to make change for women of colour at work.
