The need for the Fawcett Charter
Women at work are often subject to a degrading sex-object culture. Sexual harassment, viewing pornography on office equipment, and visiting lap dancing clubs during corporate entertaining are all becoming increasingly commonplace. These sexist practices create a hostile and intimidating environment for female employees.

By signing the Fawcett Charter, companies pledge their commitment to challenge the objectification of women at work.

"Signing the Fawcett Charter and challenging the sexual objectification of women is a crucial component of our diversity and equality practice. Matrix is pleased to be able to demonstrate our exemplary practice through the Fawcett Charter. We urge all progressive employers to join us.”
