JUNE 7TH: Generation F: the feminist fight from first to fourth wave

Tuesday 7th June 2016.
7.30pm-9pm.
Attlee Suite, Portcullis House, London.

7th June 2016 marks the 150th anniversary of the presentation of the first petition for women’s votes by our founder, Millicent Fawcett.

We are celebrating this historic occasion with a drinks reception, a Women’s Suffrage birthday cake and an intergenerational feminist discussion in parliament, kindly supported by Simpson Millar.

Hosted by Fiona Mactaggart MP, chaired by broadcaster Sue MacGregor and featuring a diverse panel of leading feminist campaigners, writers and commentators including Harriet Harman MP, Yas Nacati, Dawn Foster, Hibo Wardere, Stella Creasy MP and Ursula Owen.

This event is now full.
